Got an idea: when you submit pictures you could include the brand of your shoes, if you like. It may help others to find the right creepers for them. :)
as-allthingsgo asked: which is better? Tuk creepers or demonia? I'm having a really hard time figuring out which to buy
I don’t know about demonia but I really really advice you not to buy tuk creepers. I’ve seen some that my friends bought and they broke pretty soon. The thing with creepers is that the sole is really firm and when you walk, the joint between the fabric/leather/whateveritactuallyis tends to break.. well not really the joint but a part of the sole that is not a direct part of the rubber tends to get off. You can get that fixed easily and cheap but it is annoying if it happens too often. That is one of the things that happen to low quality creepers besides rippen off the clasps where you tie it. Maybe one of my followers got advice for you that can give you more information about demonia creepers. :)
Anonymous asked: This is for the other person that asked about which brand to buy, I bought mine from underground originals. They're really sturdy and the two pairs I have, have lasted me years. I did buy one pair of knee high creeper boots from demonia, and k don't know if it was just a one time mistake, but the rubber sole was red and just thinly painted black. Only one of them though. but I only found out after they were in no condition to be returned (from walking around so much to have noticed). So I now walk around looking like i've stepped in red paint somewhere. It may not happen with all demonia shoes, but I wouldn't trust them with my money.
There you go. :) (I recommend underground, too, btw.)
pretty positive, I’m going to order a pair soon, i’d really like a leopard pair, but all of those have low platforms. So I’ll probably get red like these.

You can choose the platform’s height ! Like, if you look at the Underground website, you can pick from single sole, double sole and special editions. (And crepe sole but personally, I don’t like those.)
And then there is still double decker shoes, a brand from japan that has some that are a bit higher. Unfortunately they don’t produce the creeper boots anymore as it seems..

You are welcome ! I - and the other followers too, for sure - are always there if you or anyone else got questions. :)
thecatfather-deactivated2011110 asked: i'm thinking about ordering demonia creepers size 12 Male US (i'm pretty sure they are double soled), based upon your experince with creepers, should i buy a size up from my normal size (US Male 12) or is that size gonna be a good fit. i'm a first time buyer but i don't want to get the wrong size and have problems returning. thanks
It would be best ofcourse if you have the possibility to try them one first.. like if there is a store that has demonia creepers even though those are not the type you want, you could still try the sizes or if a friend got demonia creepers, you could try those, too. But I guess the above are not options available to you since you sure had those ideas already before me. So what I would suggest is yes, buy them one size larger or at least half a size. (I don’t know if demonia got half sizes, I know that it is possible with underground) The thing is: you can always were them with thick(?) socks. That’s something I would suggest anyways, I tend to wear my creepers (which are a bit too big because the smaller size was always too small) with one pair of normal and one pair of really thick socks so it is more comfortable. I don’t get blisters when I do it like this. The sole of creepers is really firm so the shoes tend to rub on your knuckles when you walk and wearing too thin socks can cause irritation on your skin and you either rub off some skin or get blisters. Long story short: yes, buy a size up if you’re not sure how they’ll fit. :)
